To upload a PDF to add to your contract templates, you will first need to choose the “Upload Contract” on the navigation bar on the left side of the screen. Enter the title of the contract template, add an optional description and click the optional "SHARED" toggle if you’d like the contract template to be shared with other sites on your account. 

Next, choose your file for upload and finally, click "UPLOAD" in the upper right hand corner to upload the selected the PDF you’d like to add.

Once you’re PDF is uploaded you can then save the contract as one of your templates in the template library to access when requesting a signature.
